i-teachers are currently working with wonderful primary schools across Bury who are eager to find proactive, naturally outgoing and hard-working Graduate Primary Teaching Assistants to work alongside the class teacher planning and conducting lessons whilst also providing 1:1 & small group support to pupils.

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

  • Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant
  • Located in Bury
  • Based in one primary academy
  • Monday to Friday role for remainder of academic year
  • Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
  • Paid £450 – £500 per week during term time before tax
  • Planning and conducting lessons alongside class teachers
  • Providing 1:1 & small group support in class

Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with children or young people
  • Passionate about a career in primary education
  • Naturally outgoing and personable individual
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with young children
