To be considered for this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity you must have the following:

*1st or 2:1 Russell Group (preferable) core subject or Psychology degree
*School based experience
*Strong Literacy or Numeracy knowledge

As a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant you would be working with students of varying abilities so as an ideal candidate you will need to be able to demonstrate a patient, caring, supportive and an encouraging manner within the classroom and towards the pupils.

You would be working under the guidance of a Class Teacher, to support pupils in and out of the classroom. You should be able to display good communication skills as within this Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant role you will have to liaise between both students, class teachers and parents, whilst holding a patient manner!

It would be ideal if you had previous experience of working within a school or educational setting, or be a strong graduate who is incredibly keen to pursue a career within education and become a teacher.
