Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant – The Role:

  • Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant
  • Located in Birmingham
  • Supporting the physical and emotional welfare of students
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups of students
  • Plan, deliver and run intervention sessions
  • Managing challenging behaviour

Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant – The Benefits:

Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree in any subject
  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Previous experience managing challenging behaviour
  • Having a good understanding of SEMH needs
  • Passionate about supporting physical and emotional welfare of young people
