Their supportive team are looking to take on a creative and passionate graduate to join their team and support their students to achieve their potential and access the Curriculum.

You will need to have:
- You will have a minimum 2:1 degree – various subject disciplines considered!
- Genuine passion to work with young people
- Patience and resilience
- Ability to see the bigger picture
The role will involve running support sessions, ranging from 1:1 to group interventions to help improve academic progress but also working behind the scenes implementing behaviour, attendance and punctuality strategies!
You will work closely with the Head’s of Departments to ensure that the right provisions are put in place so that students are able to reach their potential and enjoy their school experiences.
The school is located in the Brent area of North London and is close to convenient transport links that will ensure a stress-free commute. Furthermore the school has a really supportive senior leadership team who are devoted to exploring new approaches in teaching and learning.
