Graduate Mathematics Tutor – A-Level – Full Academic Year – Birmingham City Centre

i-teachers are working with a superb sixth form college based just outside of Birmingham City Centre who are eager to add a dedicated, hard-working and naturally engaging Graduate Mathematics Tutor to provide 1:1 & small group tuition to their Year 12 & Year 13 students in the Mathematics subject for the coming academic year.

The successful candidate will earn £100 per day during term time, with the option to take up to 5 online CPD courses in topics such as SEN, Safeguarding and Behaviour. The role will begin in late August and end in July 2025, with the working hours being from 08.30am – 16.30pm.

Graduate Mathematics Tutor – Role Information:

• Providing 1:1 & small group tuition for Year 12 & 13 students in Mathematics
• Planning and conducting classroom supervision sessions
• Paid £500 per week during term time with 5 online CPD courses
• Full academic year – Monday to Friday position
• Located in ‘Outstanding’ OFSTED sixth form college
• Working hours: 08.30am – 16.30pm

Graduate Mathematics Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Mathematics or Economics degree
• Strong academic background
• Prior experience tutoring, teaching or mentoring
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about your specialist subject
