Graduate Learning Support Assistant – The Role:
- Graduate Learning Support Assistant
- Located in Birmingham
- Providing support to a small group of students with additional needs in a mainstream school
- Following an adapted curriculum
- Promoting the pupil’s educational, emotional, and social development
- Employing and adapting various teaching strategies to suit the needs of the child
Graduate Learning Support Assistant – The Benefits:
- Paid £300 – £350 per week, term time only
- Long term role, no day-to-day supply!

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree
- Have a good understanding of SEN
- Passionate about supporting people with SEN
- Understanding, patient and empathetic towards children’s needs
- Dedicated to making a difference to pupils’ experience of education
