Are you a recent graduate who would like the opportunity to gain some work experience in a Secondary School supporting a pupil with SEN/ EBD?

This school is searching for an ambitious and resilient graduate to work with and support a pupil who has Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. This role would ideally suit a Psychology graduate however all disciplines are accepted (with the right experience).

This rewarding role is a unique opportunity to guide and develop a young person’s educational experience!

Graduate Learning Mentor – Secondary SEN

  • Graduate Learning Mentor supporting SEN/EBD pupils
  • Run 1:1 & small group interventions
  • Work with experienced & dedicated Inclusion Team

You will need to have:

  • Psychology or related degree needed graduates needed
  • strong A Levels and GCSE grades
  • a passion to work with Secondary age pupils with SEN/EBD
  • resilience to take on a challenging but rewarding role
  • experience on placements/previous work supporting SEN or EBD
  • confidence to manage challenging behaviour
