Are you a recent UK based English subject graduate with a passion for educating young people in your specialist subject, and a desire to find a full-time tutoring role ASAP?

We are currently working with a highly-regarded secondary academy based in the Coventry (CV5) area who are eager to add a dedicated, hard-working and naturally outgoing Graduate English Tutor to their English GCSE department in a full-time role for the academic year.

In this role as a Graduate English Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide tailored 1:1 & group support to GCSE English students struggling with their academic progression, whilst also supporting students who may be struggling with exam stress outside of the classroom.

Graduate English Tutor – Role Information:

• Graduate English Tutor
• Providing 1:1 & group GCSE support to Year 11 students in English subject
• Focusing support sessions around academic weak points of students
• Located in Coventry (CV5 area)
• Monday to Friday role – September 2024 to July 2025
• Paid £440 per week during term time
• Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding

Graduate English Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based English degree
• Prior experience teaching, tutoring or mentoring
• Naturally outgoing and inspiring individual
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to keep young people engaged and proactive
• *NO UK visa sponsorship available with this role*
