The Role – Graduate Support Worker:
- 1:1 and Small Group Behaviour Support
- Deliver targeted support to individual students and small groups to address behavioural challenges and encourage positive interactions.
- Implement tailored behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and address any disruptions effectively.
- Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
- Provide mentoring and emotional guidance to help students build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and navigate social interactions effectively.
- Assist teachers in managing classroom dynamics and supporting students with behavioural needs during lessons and activities.
Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor: Requirements:
- Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people and children.
- Minimum 2:2 UK-based university degree.
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting behaviour and/or additional learning needs is essential for consideration.
- Strong academic background
- Empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and resilience to meet diverse needs
