We are looking for a Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant to support students with SEN in a lovely secondary school in Kingstanding.

Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – The Benefits:

Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – The Role:

• Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
• Located in Kingstanding, Birmingham (B44)
• Supporting students that need it the most and can be the hardest to reach
• Promoting educational, emotional, and social development
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Supporting students with learning difficulties and behavioural difficulties

Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Strong academic background
• Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
• Previous experience working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about making a difference to students’ experience of education
