- Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant
- Located in Birmingham
- Supporting pupils that need it the most and can be the hardest to reach
- Promoting educational, emotional, and social development
- Working 1:1 or with small groups
- Supporting pupils with learning difficulties
Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:
- Minimum 2:1 degree
- Strong academic background
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
- Previous experience working with children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about making a difference to pupils’ experience of education
