  • Supporting pupils that need it the most and can be the hardest to reach
  • Promoting educational, emotional, and social development
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups
  • Supporting pupils with learning difficulties

Graduate Behaviour Learning Support Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Previous experience working with challenging behaviour
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about making a difference to pupils’ experience of education
