Are you a recent English, Philosophy or Classics graduate looking to find a meaningful tutoring role providing 1:1 English GCSE tuition to students inside of a school setting?

We are currently working with an SEMH specialist provision school located in the Birmingham area who are eager to add a dedicated, hard-working and resilient Graduate 1:1 Tutor to their superb English support department in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role as a Graduate 1:1 Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide 1:1 & small group English GCSE subject tuition to Year 11 students in preparation for their exams this summer.

Graduate 1:1 Tutor – Role Information:

• Providing 1:1 & small group English support to KS4 students
• Creating tailored support sessions for students outside of class
• Located in Birmingham (B11 area)
• Paid £460 per week during term time only
• Monday to Friday role based in one secondary SEMH school

Graduate 1:1 Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:2 UK English subject based degree
• Prior experience tutoring, teaching & mentoring
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Passionate about the development of young people
• Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
