The SEN Learning Support Assistant role would see you work across either primary or secondary phases supporting class teachers whilst working with students on a 1:1 and group basis.

SEN Learning Support Assistant – Person specification:

  • Minimum 2:2 degree
  • Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
  • Supportive & patient attitude & manner
  • Desire to support others
  • Strong communication skills
  • Can work individually and as a team
