EYFS Teaching Assistant – The Role:

• EYFS Teaching Assistant
• Supporting an EYFS Teacher and working in unison with staff
• Working with young children on a 1:1 basis and group basis and in small groups
• Create a fun and engaging learning environment
• Communicate excellently with children, staff & parents
• Paid school-based experience
• £85 – £95 per day, term-time only rate
• Opportunity to be moved on to a permanent contract
• Long-term, full-time support role in the same school

EYFS Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:

• EYFS Teaching Assistant
• 1^st o 2:1 degree in a core subject or Psychology
• Strong academic background e.g. A Levels
• Passion for education and supporting others
• Considering a career in teaching
• Prior education or experience working with young children desirable
