• Strong academic background
• Prior tutoring / education experience is desirable

English Graduate Mentor– the important information –

• £350-450 perk week, term time only
• Long-term, full-time role
• September 2021 – July 2022

English Graduate Mentor– the role –

• Support the English department
• Work alongside students
• Offer group and 1:1 sessions
• Support pupils with topics they struggle with
• Communicate clearly with students, staff & parents

English Graduate Mentor– the school –

• Pupils aged 11-18
• Close to good transport links
• Visionary SLT
• Supportive staff body, welcoming to new staff
• Broad and varied curriculum
