This exciting role as a Behaviour Graduate Support Coach is specifically designed to help high achieving graduates build paid experience prior to starting teacher training, or Educational Psychology careers, and come with training and support from the host school.

Behaviour Graduate Support Coach – PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Behaviour Graduate Support Coach- Primary school
• 2:1 or higher degree essential
• Strong academic background – Good A-Level & GCSE results
• Passion for Education and supporting young people
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience with challenging behaviour essential
• SEN experience – desirable
• Ability to build relationships with pupils with behavioural and additional needs

Behaviour Graduate Support Coach – JOB DESCRIPTION

• Starting ASAP – Full time, long term role
• Monday – Friday hours
• Paid £70-£90 per day (term time)
• Working closely with the inclusion and SEN departments
• Work 1:1 with pupils
• Resilient and determined role model needed
