Academic Progress Coach – The Role

• Deliver 1:1 catch-up sessions
• Work for the full academic year in one school
• Support pupils in small groups and monitor pupil progress
• Earn £425 – £500 per week (term time only), working as an Academic Progress Coach
• Monday – Friday school hours (term time)
• Feed back to class teachers and SLT
• Vital school-based experience for those considering teacher training

Person Specification – Academic Progress Coach

• First Class or 2:1 degree classification in an academic subject
• Tutoring/mentoring experience is desirable
• Strong academic background
