Are you a 2024 Russell Group university graduate with a desire to find a full-time tutoring role within your specialist subject for the coming academic year as an Academic Coach?

i-teachers are currently working with one of the top performing sixth form colleges in the country, who are eager to add a hard-working, naturally engaging and outgoing Academic Coach to their teaching support department in a full-time role for the coming academic year.

Academic Coach – Role Information:

  • Providing 1:1, small group and classroom supervision within your specialist subject
  • Monitoring and helping develop all-round progression of students
  • Creating a supportive, focused and warm college environment
  • Located in Birmingham, Balsall Heath area
  • Monday to Friday position – 08.30am to 16.30pm working hours
  • Paid £95 per day during term-time only before tax
  • Multiple online CPD courses available – SEN, Safeguarding & Mental Health

Academic Coach – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 UK based Core Subject, Humanities or STEM degree
  • Strong academic background
  • Prior experience working with children or adolescents
  • Passionate about a career working within Sport or Exercise
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and develop rapport with students

Academic Coach – Sixth Form College:

  • OFSTED graded ‘Outstanding’ sixth form college
  • Located in Birmingham – Minutes outside city centre (B12)
