i-teachers are currently working with a warm and welcoming primary school located in the Salford area who are actively looking to add a dedicated, hard-working and naturally engaging 1:1 Teaching Assistant able to provide support to a pupil with complex learning disabilities in a full-time role for the remainder of the academic year.

In this role as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, the successful candidate will be required to work specifically with a child with Autism in a Year 4 class following a carefully structured Education Health Care Plan both inside and out of the classroom for the remainder of the academic year.

1:1 Teaching Assistant – Role Information:

• 1:1 Teaching Assistant
• Providing 1:1 SEN support to a child in Year 4
• Utilising pupils Education Health Care Plan to conduct sessions
• Working both inside and out of classroom environment
• Monday to Friday role – 08.30am – 15.30pm
• March 2025 to July 2025 contracted role – option to extend
• Paid £460 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
• Starting immediately – interviewing for role ASAP!

1:1 Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based degree
• Prior experience working with children desirable
• Naturally outgoing and dependable individual
• Passionate about the development of young children
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Interested in a career working with children
