At i-teachers we are currently working with an amazing small Primary School located in Frodsham. They are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the reception team.

Role/ Key responsibilities
The position will be Monday to Friday 8:45am – 12:15pm. Working in Class 1 which has Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children. The role will mainly be supporting the Reception children who have special educational needs.
- Commitment to safeguarding protocols
- Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs
- Ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment
- Monitor and record progress and provide feedback to teachers, SENCOs and parents
- Work closely with class teachers to implement individual education plans and adapt lessons to meet student needs
Essential requirements
- SEND experience
- Previous work experience in a school
- Knowledge of strategies for supporting children with a range of learning difficulties
- Previous work experience in a school
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willing to get one
