At i-teachers we are currently working with an amazing Secondary School located in Liverpool. They are looking for an enthusiastic Maths Tutor to join the team on a long-term basis.

Role/ Key responsibilities

Maths Tutor working with all 5 school years.

• Intervention planning
• Aid in educational development
• Creating or enhancing learning materials and activities that complement the official curriculum and address the individual needs of their students
• Ability to identify issues in pupils learning
• Support in exam preparation
• Commitment to safeguarding protocols

Essential requirements

• 2:1 or above.
• Maths GCSE above Grade 7
• Strong communication skills
• Passionate about teaching the next generation
• Previous work experience in a school
• Looking for a future in the education world
• Tutoring experience is desirable
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service
• Experience working within a SEN setting (preferred, but not required)
