Cover Supervisor – key information

• Cover Supervisor
• Based in Salford
• Full-time Monday-Friday during term time
• £475 – £575 PAYE per week before deductions
• Easily accessible by car and public transport

Cover Supervisor – the role

• Work alongside a team of other Cover Supervisors
• Provide pastoral support to designated students
• Deliver lessons across the curriculum, prepared by the department
• Support extra-curricular activities
• Identify opportunities for student progress
• Develop student understanding and application of key skills
• Build strong relationships with staff and students

Person specification – Cover Supervisor

• 2:1 or above degree
• School experience desirable
• Excellent academic background
• Support and attentive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mentoring experience desirable
• Ability to show initiative
• Determination to succeed
