STEM Tutor – key information

• Support pupils on a 1:1 / small group basis
• Create tailored lesson plans and engaging resources
• Assist pupils with varied abilities
• Work under the guidance of experienced teaching staff
• Develop your skills prior to teacher training
• Full time – Monday-Friday
• Long term position in one school
• Communicate with parents, staff and external bodies
• Paid £450 -£550 per week term time only
• January 2025 start

What do I need? STEM Tutor

• 2:1 minimum in your degree – Maths or Science is essential
• Strong A Levels and GCSEs
• Experience working with young people is desirable
• Exceptional subject knowledge
• Passionate about becoming a teacher
