Are you a graduate with a 2:1 or above degree looking to develop your experiences in a school setting?

Do you have previous experience managing challenging behaviour in a school setting or a support worker role?

This Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of young people!

Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor – About the Role:

· Full-time, long-term position

· Support pupils with challenging behaviour

· £475 – £500 per week during term time

· You will receive excellent support from day one and be a truly valued member of the team

· 8 am – 3 pm (approximately)

· Work closely with the inclusion team and teachers

Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor – Applicant Requirements:

· Minimum 2:1 UK-based university degree

· Prior experience working with young people

· Resilient and flexible character

· Ability to keep young people engaged and proactive
