Physics Graduate Mentor- The Role:

• Work with pupils in 1:1 or small group sessions
• Support pupils with adapting back to formal teaching
• Assist with general classroom support
• Explain topics that pupils find complex in a simplistic manner
• Adapt your language to suit varied academic levels
• Gain invaluable classroom experience
• £450 -£500 per week (term time only)
• Interview and start ASAP

Physics Graduate Mentor – Person Specification:

• 2:1 or higher in Physics or STEM related degree from a UK university
• Desire to kick start a teaching career
• Strong A-levels and GCSEs
• Fantastic communication skills
• Professional and organised individual
• Interest in teacher training
