i-teachers are working with a secondary school in Stockport who are looking for a Cover Supervisor to join them in November for the rest of the academic year.

Cover Supervisor – key information

• Cover Supervisor
• Stockport location
• Full-time Monday-Friday during term time
• £450 – £500 PAYE per week before deductions
• Accessible by public transport

Cover Supervisor – the role

• Work alongside a team of other Cover Supervisors
• Provide pastoral support to designated students
• Deliver lessons across the curriculum (resources provided by the Heads of Department)
• Support extra-curricular activities
• Identify opportunities for student progress
• Develop student understanding and application of key skills

Person specification – Cover Supervisor

• 2:1 or above degree
• School experience desirable
• Excellent academic background
• Supportive and attentive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mentoring experience desirable
• Ability to show initiative, resilience and flexibility
• Determination to succeed
