What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate for this role will be a recent graduate of Chemistry with a 2:1 or above degree. A good academic background is essential. The school need someone who is a good communicator and able to build effective relationships with students, teachers and senior leaders. Strong subject knowledge is needed to assist the teachers in planning effective and inspiring lessons.

What are the benefits? 

In this exciting role, you will join the school as a Chemistry Graduate Teaching Assistant ASAP. You will work Monday – Friday school hours in the dynamic and cohesive Science department. Working alongside other talented graduates, you will develop your skill set and understand what it is like to work in education. You will work 1:1 and with small groups of students. The role will grow as your confidence in working with pupils grows.
