Primary School – Full-Time Role – Working hours: 08:00am – 15:00pm – Paid £425-475 per week – November start!

We are currently working with an excellent primary school who are eager to find a patient, friendly and resilient SEN TA to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a Year 4 pupil for this academic year in a full-time role.
In this role as a 1:1 SEN TA, the successful candidate will be required to provide social and emotional support to a child with complex learning difficulties, working alongside a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants.

1:1 SEN TA – Role Information:
- Planning and conducting 1:1 SEN support
- Utilising commentary, praise and assistance to encourage task completion
- Tailoring support around the provided Education Health Care Plan
- Paid £425-£475 per week during term time only
- Monday to Friday
- Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding

Applicant Requirements – 1:1 SEN TA:
- Minimum 2:1 UK based university degree (Preferably from a Psychology, Education Studies or Youth Work degree)
- Previous experience supporting children
- Passionate about a career working with children with SEN
- Naturally outgoing and supportive individual
- Good organisation and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with children
