This Chesterfield-based specialist provision, rapidly expanding and increasing in pupil capacity, are seeking an SEMH Food Teacher, able to inspire and redirect the energies of young, disaffected students, to join their dedicated and close-knit team as soon as possible.
SEMH Food Teacher – Pre-Requisites
- Must drive, and hold a full UK Driving License
- QTS required
- Must possess a Business Insurance, or be willing to acquire one
- Food-related Degree from British University
- Patient and nurturing disposition
- Confident and outgoing personality, whilst remaining capable of a professional persona
- Experience working with Additional Needs advantageous to application
SEMH Food Teacher – Benefits

- Full-time, long-term role at a single provision
- Sociable hours of 0830 – 1620 Monday to Friday

- Establish nurturing and supportive relationships
SEMH Food Teacher – The School
- All pupils are at risk of exclusion, or have been excluded, from mainstream education, and some may have SEN, diagnosed or otherwise
- Specialist provision located in Chesterfield
- School dedicated to meeting the complex needs of children of all Key Stages, at multiple sites located in Chesterfield and the High Peaks
