Do you have previous experience managing challenging behaviour in a school setting or a support worker role? 

 

This Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor role could be the perfect role for you!  

 

Graduate Behaviour Support Mentor – About the Role: 

  • Full-time, long-term position  
  • Support pupils with challenging behaviour  
  • £425 – £475 per week during term time  
  • You will receive excellent support from day one and be a truly valued member of the team 
  • 8 am – 3 pm (approximately) 
  • Work closely with the inclusion team and teachers  
  • Shortlisting and interviewing now!

  • Located in Warrington (WA1) 
  • ‘Good’ graded secondary school 
  • Supportive SLT department  
  • Remarkable pastoral team

  • Minimum 2:1 UK-based university degree  
  • Prior experience working with young people  
  • Resilient and flexible character  
  • Ability to keep young people engaged and proactive
