Are you a recent UK based Physics or Mechanical Engineering graduate eager to secure a Physics Subject Tutor role where you can provide 1:1 & small group tuition to Year 11 students in your specialist subject?

i-teachers are currently working with a brilliant secondary school located in the Birmingham area who are looking to add a knowledgeable, hard-working and naturally outgoing Physics Subject Tutor to their Year 11 department in a full-time role for the academic year.

In this role as a Physics Subject Tutor, the successful candidate will be required to provide tailored 1:1 & small group Science tuition to Year 11 students in preparation for their GCSE exams in 2025.

Physics Subject Tutor – Role Information:

• Providing 1:1 & small group Physics subject tuition
• Tailoring support sessions based around students academic weak points
• Creating warm and supportive school environment for students
• Monday to Friday role based in one secondary academy
• September 2024 to July 2025
• Working hours: 08.30am – 15.30pm
• Paid £475 per week during term time with FREE online CPD courses
• Located in Birmingham (B12)

Physics Subject Tutor – Applicant Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 UK based Physics or Mechanical Engineering degree
• Prior experience tutoring, mentoring or teaching
• Strong academic background
• Good organisation and communication skills
• Ability to work with individuals and small groups
• *NO UK VISA sponsorship available with this role*
