Qualifications

• A recent graduate with a degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• A passion for working with children and a strong interest in primary education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, coaching, volunteering) is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support teachers with administrative tasks such as grading and record-keeping.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
• Assist with the planning and execution of school events and activities.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions.
