Your Responsibilities: Pupil Achievement Coach
- Working with students who have additional needs (academically and behaviourally) to help them reach the goals set by class teachers
- Promote attendance in school and have a positive attitude towards education and its importance
- Assist students with their studies in various subjects where they require extra attention
- Devise and then carry out your own intervention sessions with certain groups of students outside of the classroom environment
- Communicate and work closely with experienced teachers
Your background : Pupil Achievement Coach
- A 2.1 minimum in your degree is required to be considered – various subjects are welcome to apply
- Strong academic background (A-Levels & GCSEs)
- Interested in a career in education/working with young people
- Resilient and positive personality
- Hard working and happy to be flexible in your role due to the needs of your school
