A lovely secondary school in Newcastle are recruiting for an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant. This SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for a graduate who is keen to build upon their SEN experience in a school-based setting, whilst being paid and supported by the school, and us, for the rest of the academic year.

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:

  • Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Located in Newcastle, NE16
  • Provide in-class support across different subjects
  • Promoting the student’s educational, emotional, and social development
  • Employing and adapting various teaching strategies to suit the needs of the young people

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – The Benefits:

Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant – Applicant Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree
  • Have a good understanding of SEN
  • Previous experience supporting with SEN
  • Understanding, patient and empathetic towards people’s needs
  • Dedicated to making a difference to student’s experience of education
