Hi, I’m Lucy and joined i-teachers as the Education Consultant for Newcastle, Gateshead and Sunderland.
i-teachers caught my eye due to their mission statement and clear transparency. I feel strongly about supporting schools with the gaps they may have in an effective, mutually fulfilling way to ensure both students and adults reach their full potential whilst enjoying themselves. At i-teachers, we take pride in getting to know individuals to ensure effective, long-term placements.
In my previous role, I worked as a teacher and subject leader at an inner-city primary school. There, I developed a myriad of skills that enable me to be effective as an education consultant; I have a unique insight into school life for both staff and pupil which helps me find the right fit for both school and candidate.
In my spare time, I love going on long walks with my yellow Labrador, Tilly, and meeting up with friends and family to explore new places. I recently got back from the Austrian Alps and could not recommend the skiing enough!
