Graduate Learning Support Assistant – The Role

• Full time, Monday-Friday school hours
• Plan and deliver 1:1 interventions for pupils
• Varied position across year groups
• Run small workshops
• £65-£85 per day, term time
• Assist in the delivery of the curriculum outside of lessons
• Support pupils in mainstream education, SEN and with challenging behaviour
• Develop your skills prior to teacher training/further study
• Create impact reports on pupil progress
• Be guided by experienced Senior Leaders and supportive SENCo

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Person Specification

• 2.1 or 1^st class degree
• Strong A-levels and GCSEs
• Encouraging and resilient nature
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous paid or voluntary experience working with young people – required
• SEN experience – required
