Each role i-teachers advertises is permanent, allowing our NQTs to relax in the knowledge that they will be able to progress in their role and not be constantly changing school environments. This further emphasises our commitment to the school itself, helping to reduce the need for supply and strengthen the pupil / teacher relationship.
Here at i-teachers we try to cater to the needs of NQTs across the country, we have an array of consultants allowing NQTs the opportunity to choose their preferred location to work in. We are always building new relationships with schools, increasing our offering to NQTs with a choice of different contexts.
Everyone has been through an interview process and we all know how stressful and time consuming planning can be before the ‘big day’. At i-teachers, we think preparation is key and our consultants are experts in this. We offer tailored interview preparation, along with advice and guidance on your lesson plan which will put you one step ahead of the competition.
This week Holly and Amy took a trip to Leeds to visit current PGCE Students. Amy & Holly were able to gain a valuable insight into the type of role and ideal school each trainee was looking for. It was a fantastic experience and we always enjoy meeting with people face to face. We are looking forward to helping these students find their dream teaching role for September!
